Do my clients need to pay for an account?
No. Client review logins are included in the Agency plans, two per brand. Clients sign in to approve their own content and see nothing of your other clients.
Do you need my clients' social media passwords?
Never. Each account is connected through the platform's own sign-in, which the client or account owner completes. We store an encrypted access token, never a password, and it is destroyed the moment the account is disconnected.
Which platforms can I publish to?
Facebook Pages, Instagram Business and Creator accounts, LinkedIn Pages and TikTok - each through its official API, and each switched on once that platform has approved our application. The status of each is shown on this page and on the platform status page.
Can I use it just for my own business?
Yes. Choose "My own business" when you sign up and your brand is set up for you. The Creator and Business plans are built for exactly that.
Where is my data kept?
Socio Pulse is built and operated in Australia. Media is stored with Cloudflare R2, and the privacy policy lists every service that handles your data.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. You can delete your account or close your workspace yourself from Settings at any time.
