Charging per user punishes you for adding the client approver who makes the whole workflow work. So the plans are sized by how many brands you look after, and every plan includes the people needed to run them.
Early access - nothing is being charged yet. Planning, approvals, media and scheduling all work today. Automatic publishing waits on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok each approving our application, which is their decision and their timeline.
Accounts created now are free until at least one platform integration goes live, and we will give 30 days' notice before any charge. The prices below are what they will be. Current platform status →

Questions people actually ask
Do you charge per user?
Not per seat, no. Each plan includes a number of team members and, on the agency plans, client review logins for each brand. The approval workflow only works if the client is in it, so their login is included rather than sold separately. If you need more seats than your plan includes, they can be added individually.
What counts as a "connected social account"?
One Facebook Page, one Instagram Business account, one LinkedIn Page or one TikTok account. A client with a Facebook Page and an Instagram account uses two.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. You will be told, and asked to move up a plan before adding more. We do not silently charge overage.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Card payments go through Stripe, and Australian bank transfer is available for annual plans. Contact us and we will send an invoice with the reference to quote. All prices shown include GST.
Can I cancel?
Any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part-used periods except where the Australian Consumer Law requires it - see the Terms.
What happens to my content if I leave?
Export it before you cancel. After termination it is deleted in line with the Privacy Policy. Posts already published on a platform stay on that platform - they are yours and they are unaffected.
